How it Works: Step 3: In the Studio

Song Masters will work with you to complete the song project production game plan. Once complete, your song is taken into the studio.

st, the drum tracks are recorded onto about ten separate tracks. This way, when it comes time to mix down your finished song, our engineers and producers have total control to get you a sound that works for your recording perfectly.

nd, the bass track is recorded.

rd, the rhythm guitar tracks are recorded

th, a "scratch" vocal track is recorded to provide a point of reference for the rest of the recording process.

th, the keyboard parts are recorded

th, strings, percussion, lead guitar and other musical embellishments are added.

th, lead vocals are recorded

th background vocals are added

th a few additional musical embellishments might be added

th the multi-track recording of your song is "mixed down" and a rough mix is record to a stereo audio recording

th the rough mix is reviewed by the team and the songwriter. Once the team approves the quality of the recording, it is mastered and delivered to the Songwriter as a finished "studio master."
